How can I order? You can make your order by phone (435)632-8736 or on-line.

Delivery Information. Modern Extensions ships via USPS. The USPS services do not guarantee delivery times. Therefore, we are not responsible for late deliveries. To make sure you get your product(s) delivered on time, a 2-3 day notice is encouraged.

A $10.00 delivery charge will be applied to all deliveries per order. (For large orders more postage may be required according to the Post Office.)

A $32.00 delivery charge will be applied to all Express Mail deliveries (overnight to most areas). Express Mail is rushed mail through the United States Postal Service. In most cases, Express Mail will be delivered the next day. However, we do not guarantee this as a Next Day delivery. Therefore, we cannot refund postage for Express Mail that is not delivered the "next day", as deliveries are dependent on where you live and rests upon the Postal Service, not Modern Extensions. We hope you understand. Return Policy:

We do not exchange or replace hair or beads (or any of our products) after they have been purchased.

Does Modern Extensions guarantee arrival times? Because the post office handles your shipment, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. However, we can give you an idea of when the package will arrive. We encourage you to make orders a good four days in advance for plenty of time for shipping.

STYLISTS: If you want your clients to have a good experience with their extensions, you must educate them on the recommended hair care set forth by Modern Extensions. These guidelines are sent with every package you receive. It is up to you to relate these guidelines to your client. Further, we are not responsible for any product dissatisfaction your client may have, as this is often the result of improper hair care.
